We have had our wall ovens for about a year. They are more basic than I was originally looking for but one of the few double wall ovens that came in white that™€™s why I only gave it 4 stars. I am actually very happy with these ovens. They look good have a large capacity. Easy to understand and use controls. It performs very well. Heats evenly doesn™€™t burn my cookies etc. It holds a steady temperature. I would recommend these wall ovens.

My double oven looks so neat and has simple options. My wider cookie sheet fits in it. Easy touch button make little sounds when touched. I would say the heat up time is about the same as a normal oven.

My double oven looks gorgeous in my kitchen. I have baked in it several times and the heating is perfect. I love the preset buttons and the room inside is wide enough that I can put two pans in at one time on one rack. The oven was wider than my old one and had to make a tiny adjustment to fit in wall. It™€™s perfect.

[Employee of ge_appliances] We had a 20 year old GE Profile double oven that had great features on it. This newer version seems to be cheaper. One oven light button - both oven lights come on with one switch. It is white except for the very bottom where it discharges the heat after you turn it off. That part is black and it really stands out from the rest of the oven.

Inadequate Back Stops on Racks

I purchased this oven as a replacement to the GE Profile I had for over 25 years. The new oven fit perfectly in the space. The only negative I have so far are the racks. They have in sufficient back stops and I have had pans fall backwards into the oven if I don't pull the rack out gingerly. My other oven had true back stops -- the special roller rack does have a back stop, but it is not cheap. Not sure why the regular racks don't have the same back stop

This is my second GE double oven. This new one has all the bells and whistles. It heats up to desired temperature very quickly. I love the steam clean feature. It is perfect for small spills in the oven. I love the new non stick oven racks as well. If something spills, just wipe it off with a damp microfiber towel.

My only concern is the black paint at the bottom of the lower oven gives the appearance of a very wide gap between the lower oven and the built in cabinet.

Finally, an oven that keeps a steady temperature throughout baking with excellent results. The oven is beautiful and works very well. The racks are easy to glide in and out. The heat doesn™€™t blast you in the face when you open the door. It has friendly little chimes for letting you know when your timer is about to go off. I can preheat the oven from my phone on my way home from work, so it is ready when I walk in the door to start cooking. I™€™ve baked several items and it heats evenly and correctly. I™€™m enjoying it!

Self cleaning code error

Our unit has been problematic. The most recent issue occurred after using the self cleaning on the bottom oven. Now the over shows an error code 930 that relates to the locking door latch. I replaced the latch and the unit keeps cycling through unlocking then restarts and locks. Can™€™t stop the cycle and now both ovens are useless. Can™€™t find any help on the internet to resolve. I have read other owners complaining about the same issue and many were told by their repairman to stop using the self cleaning due to poor design. Will need to call repair person now. This will be the second time needing service since the warranty ended a year ago. Can™€™t wait to see what that will cost.

I am very happy with our new double wall oven. It other ovens were 25+ years old and not functioning very well. The ovens seem to be the same size as our other oven. It's nice to see the heating element is not exposed making it easier to clean. I haven't tried all of the functions yet but am very happy so far.
